AV Requirements

AV Requirements

•    Wireless microphone. Preference is a wireless over-the-ear headset.
•    Laptop and projector to support PowerPoint Office 2007 presentation.  If laptop is not available, one can be provided with sufficient notice.

•    Presentation remote.
•    Stage – high enough for everyone to see speaker’s face and body.  Suggested minimum of six feet deep and eight feet wide.
•    Full house lights.
•    Two easels with flip charts and different colored markers placed four feet apart.
•    Ability to connect iPod or play a music file for pre-program music.  
•    No need for a podium or lectern.

Additional Set-up Requests

•    Curved theater seating with side aisles preferred for presentations of more than 60 people.
•    Please sit audience as close to the stage as possible while still being comfortable for the attendees.
•    Please try to fill the front of the room first leaving any empty seats to the back rows.
•    For dinner/lunch speeches, please make sure all table service has stopped during the presentation.
